Thomas P. Sheahen holds a Ph.D. in physics from MIT and is chairman of the Science and Environmental Policy Project (SEPP) and president/CEO of Western Technology, Inc., an independent energy consulting firm. He previously served as Senior Analyst at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and has held positions at Argonne National.
