About Jim Lakely

Jim Lakely is Executive Vice President and Director of Communications of The Heartland Institute. Spending 16 years in daily-deadline journalism including covering Capitol Hill and the White House for The Washington Times, he joined Heartland in 2008. He has appeared on C-SPAN, Fox News, MSNBC, and CNN, and led Heartland delegations to COP-21 in Paris and COP-25 in Madrid.
