Jason Hayes is director of Environmental Policy at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy in Midland, Michigan, leading a research program covering electricity regulation, energy policy, and forest, water, wildlife, and environmental policy. He previously spent 15 years in the North American energy industry, and is an adjunct scholar with Northwood's McNair Center.
