About Kenneth Haapala

Kenneth Haapala is president of the Science and Environmental Policy Project (SEPP), compiler of The Week That Was newsletter, and contributor to the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change reports. A quantitative economist, he has analyzed diverse numerical energy models since the 1970s, identifying flaws in government resource predictions.
