Biography

About Oliver Hemmers

Oliver Hemmers, Ph.D. received his doctorate in physics from the Technical University of Berlin (1993), specializing in X-ray atomic and molecular spectroscopy. He directed UNLV's Harry Reid Center from 2008-2013 and has given over 200 presentations internationally, published approximately 90 research articles, and holds one patent.
