Ben Lieberman is a senior fellow specializing in environmental policy at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, returning after seven years as senior counsel on the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce. He worked on fuels and vehicles legislation, energy infrastructure permitting reform, and the Montreal Protocol, and has previously worked at The Heritage Foundation.
