About Benjamin Zycher

Benjamin Zycher, Ph.D. is a senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute working on energy and environmental policy, and a member of the academic advisory board of the journal Regulation. Formerly a senior economist at RAND, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and the President's Council of Economic Advisers, he was also a founding editor of the journal Jobs & Capital.
