David T. Stevenson is director of the Center for Energy & Environmental Policy at the Caesar Rodney Institute, a nonprofit in Delaware. He has published more than 150 analytic studies on the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, EPA Clean Power Plan, electric grid reliability, offshore wind, electric vehicles, and other energy and climate topics. He served on President Trump's EPA Transition Team.
