Donna Laframboise is a Canadian investigative journalist and author of two books critically examining the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), including The Delinquent Teenager Who Was Mistaken for the World's Top Climate Expert (2011). A former National Post columnist, she is described by Der Spiegel as the IPCC's.
