Douglas Pollock is an Industrial Civil Engineer from the University of Chile who has studied climate science and energy policy economics for over 10 years. He has presented findings in more than 25 countries, identifying the irrationality of renewable energy mandates and the illusion of net-zero emissions in power generation. He is CLINTEL's ambassador for Chile and a CO2 Coalition member.
