Francisco Capella holds degrees in astrophysics and Austrian School Economics and is a founding member of the Instituto Juan de Mariana in Spain, where he directs the Science and Ethics department. He has worked as a researcher and consultant at institutions including NASA's Johnson Space Center and the European Space Agency.
