G. Cornelis van Kooten, Ph.D. is professor of economics and Canada Research Chair at the University of Victoria in Canada. He has published more than 230 articles and nine books, including Climate Change, Climate Science and Economics (Springer, 2013). He has been a consultant to various governments, the United Nations, the World Bank, and the World Wildlife Fund.
