About Howard Maccabee

Howard Maccabee, Ph.D., M.D. was the founding president of Doctors for Disaster Preparedness. He received his Ph.D. in radiation biophysics from UC Berkeley and his M.D. from Miami University, serving as medical director of the Radiation Oncology Center at John Muir Hospital for 25 years.
