U.S. Senator Jim Inhofe (R-Oklahoma) was chairman of the U.S. Senate Environment and Public Works Committee and senior member of the U.S. Senate Armed Services Committee. He was first elected to the Senate in 1994 and was consistently ranked among the most conservative members of the Senate. He received the 2015 Political Leadership on Climate Change Award.
