Lee Schalk is Senior Vice President of Policy at ALEC (American Legislative Exchange Council), where he helps lead the Center for State Fiscal Reform. He joined ALEC in 2019 from a DC public affairs firm and previously served as state affairs manager at National Taxpayers Union and worked for former U.S. Speaker Newt Gingrich at the Center for Health Transformation.
