Patrick James Morrisey is the 37th governor of West Virginia, taking office January 13, 2025. As state attorney general from 2012, he prevailed in West Virginia v. EPA, one of the most pivotal U.S. Supreme Court wins in decades. He championed constitutional rights, delivered record-setting settlements against drug companies, and preserved the West Virginia way of life.
