Richard Lindzen, Ph.D. is professor emeritus in Earth, Atmospheric, and Planetary Sciences at MIT. He completed his doctorate at Harvard in 1964 and held the Alfred P. Sloan Professorship in Atmospheric Sciences at MIT from 1981. He was a lead author on the IPCC Third Assessment Report and has published approximately 250 papers and books.
