About S. Fred Singer

S. Fred Singer, Ph.D. is an atmospheric and space physicist and founder and president of the Science and Environmental Policy Project. A distinguished research professor at George Mason University and professor emeritus at the University of Virginia, he is the author of many books including four volumes in the Climate Change Reconsidered series.
