About William Happer

William Happer, Ph.D. is professor emeritus of physics at Princeton University, a specialist in modern optics and radiation propagation in the atmosphere. He directed Energy Research at the U.S. Department of Energy (1991-93, $3B budget), published over 200 peer-reviewed papers, and received the Davisson-Germer Prize of the American Physical Society. He is a founding board member of the CO2 Coalition.
