About Yuri Izrael

Yuri A. Izrael is a vice-chairman of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), and the "most influential scientific advisor" for Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia. He is a former chairman of the Committee for Hydrometeorology.
